1. Nature of Our Products
All courses and services offered by Denzwood are digital products delivered online. Once access to a course is granted, the content is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
a) Duplicate or Failed Payment
- If a payment is deducted more than once for the same purchase
- If payment is successful but course access is not granted due to a technical issue
In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
b) Refund Request Within Limited Period (If Applicable)
If a specific course mentions a refund window on its sales page, refunds will be processed according to the terms mentioned for that course.
If no refund window is mentioned, the default policy applies (see Section 3).
3. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial course completion
- Failure to complete a course
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Inability to use the course due to device, system, or internet limitations

- Account suspension due to misuse or sharing of content
4. Subscription & Renewal (If Applicable)
- Any subscription-based services, if offered, will be clearly mentioned on the purchase page.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal to avoid charges.
5. Course Access Termination
Denzwood reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to courses without refund if:
- The user violates our Terms & Conditions
- Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content is detected
- Any fraudulent or abusive activity is identified
6. Refund Processing Method
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
- Any transaction or gateway fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable, where applicable.
